Community Care Beenleigh Districts Inc.

Community Care Beenleigh Districts Inc. is a not-for-profit community based organisation that provides social services to people living in the Beenleigh City and surrounding areas. Community Care Beenleigh Districts assists a vast array of members of the community including young people, families, adult men and women, people with a disability, people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Community Care Beenleigh Districts exists to provide the local community with a wide range of counselling and aspects of re-training, in the area of lifestyles skills which include:

• Counselling: Personal issues, family mediation, relationships, grief and loss, abuse and abuse trauma, stress and stress management, substance abuse and budgeting advice.
• Life Style workshops: Anger management for adults and youth, self esteem, couples and relationship enrichment and addictions group (Smart Recovery®).
• No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS®): aimed to provide interest-free loans for individuals or families living on low incomes, enabling people to access fair and equitable credit for the purchase of essential goods and services.
